Implemented project-based alert center in an internal innovation system

We implemented project-based alert center in an internal innovation system with a universal bell icon that opens a central alert hub for key actions like approvals and data issues paired with walkthroughs and tooltips to guide users through urgent tasks. It streamlined navigation, boosted efficiency, and dramatically reduced support requests by instantly surfacing urgent actions and eliminating guesswork.

Bespoke KPI Glossaries

For a reporting dashboard where users were forced to remember/seek external definitions of acronyms and KPIs that have different definitions in different applications, we created bespoke, page-specific glossaries that users open with a single click to see precise definitions in context—linking directly to the relevant charts or tables and then back to the glossary—we eliminated the need to leave the dashboard for clarity and, as a result, greatly reduced or even eliminated support queries in many cases.

Process Automation

For user exporting raw data (done more than 8000 times per year), the application’s download option was hidden in different menus with mandatory selections that provided no context to end-users leading to incorrect exports users didn’t always know were incorrect. We automated the process so users click one button and the entire process completes for them, eliminating the need for users to find the menus and make the correct menu selections to export data in the correct formats.
